• Brought in to build a desktop application from scratch “automated scheduling tool”. This application was built for the Software validation and verification team where it is used to automate the testing for Beckman coulter’s Hematology Equipment that is then sold to clients. This was coded in C#.

• Design of “automated scheduling tool” version 2.0. This application is the second generation of the software previously developed to automate the testing for Beckman coulter’s Hematology Equipment that is then sold to clients. This was coded in C# using .NET 4.5 framework.

• Created a BaseGrid control based on the Datagrid. This is a custom composite control comprised of 2 separate controls housed in a management class. This control is the basis of the entire theStore24 site. Also wrote search control to search per store for Movies, Music, Games and Classical. Recently completed the creation of the Global Search. This new search engine gives the capability to search thru all stores including accessories for the first time. This is a major enhancement to the search capability of the site. Completed the creation of the DCS black box control. This control uses SQL 2005 Stored Procedures to retrieve MDX scripts and then uses ADO calls to retrieve data from the MDX data cubes, and dynamically displays this in the left navigation bar with product counts.

The Customer Service Application is an n-tier application that is comprised of a Windows client written in visual Basic, that host a Web Control to access Intranet asp pages, and also a third party control to do screen scrapping of AS400 application. Its data is retrieved from AS400 and stored on a SQL Server 7, thru MTS based controls written in c++ and ATL.

• Design and Development of n-tier Air/Sea Booking Applications for the Air/Sea Team using COM/DCOM, C++, MFC, third party API's and ATL technologies along with ODBC to connect to the LAN, AS/400 & OS2/DB Databases. Purify from Rational was used to test and ensure product quality and efficiency. This technology was implemented using Visual Studio 6.0 as the development suite. These applications where crucial in the final stages of the Celebrity Conversion to the Royal Caribbean system during their merger. The Air/Sea application was comprised of a Server application (COM Server) and many small Window Clients that used the server to communicate with booking providers such as Worldspan and Amadeus, to make airline reservation, modifications, cancelations and additions. The Server was written in c++ and ATL. Clients where written, using MFC (Visual Studio 6.0).
